Annual Report 2010 - SBM Offshore

A dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December
2010 of US$ 0.71 per share, amounting to a total dividend
of US$ 119.8 million, is to be proposed to the
Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2011. These financial
statements do not reflect this dividend payable.
The dividend relating to the year ending 31 December
2009 amounted to US$ 0.67 per share and was paid
as an optional dividend, resulting in a cash dividend of
€0.49 per ordinary share or a stock dividend of 2 new
ordinary shares for 57 existing ordinary shares. The
payment of dividends took place on 14 May 2010 and
resulted in a cash outflow of US$ 58.4 million.
