derivatives, bank guarantees and bank overdrafts,<br />
secured by <strong>SBM</strong> <strong>Offshore</strong> N.V. or <strong>SBM</strong> Holding Inc.<br />
S.A. guarantees.<br />
Financial Review / Financial Statements <strong>2010</strong><br />
The fair values of the borrowings and bank overdrafts<br />
equal their carrying amount, as the impact of discounting<br />
is not significant.<br />
