Tony Mace<br />
British, 1951<br />
Chief Executive Officer<br />
Tony Mace joined the Company<br />
as an engineer in the Design<br />
Department of Single Buoy<br />
Moorings in Monaco in 1977.<br />
During his career at <strong>SBM</strong> <strong>Offshore</strong><br />
he has held various managerial<br />
positions in the Engineering<br />
Department as well as functions in<br />
the Project Management and Sales<br />
Departments. He was appointed<br />
Director of Engineering in 2000 and<br />
then moved to Houston in 2002<br />
being appointed as President of<br />
<strong>SBM</strong>-Imodco. He was subsequently<br />
appointed as President of Atlantia,<br />
also in Houston. He returned to the<br />
Monaco office in 2007 as director of<br />
LNG Project Development and was<br />
appointed a non-statutory Director<br />
of <strong>SBM</strong> <strong>Offshore</strong> in August 2007.<br />
At the AGM of 15 May 2008,<br />
Tony was appointed as Managing<br />
Director and CEO. He graduated<br />
from London University with a BSc<br />
in Mechanical Engineering/Naval<br />
Architecture and an MSc in Ocean<br />
Engineering.<br />

Mark Miles<br />
British, 1964<br />
Chief Financial Officer<br />
Mark Miles joined the Company in<br />
1994 as internal auditor and subsequently<br />
performed functions of<br />
increasing responsibility within the<br />
financial department, becoming<br />
Controller in the Monaco office.<br />
In May 2004, Mark was appointed<br />
Director and CFO of the Group.<br />
At the AGM of 15 May 2008, he was<br />
appointed as Managing Director<br />
and CFO. A graduate in Economics<br />
with Statistics of Bristol University<br />
and a Chartered Accountant, prior<br />
to joining <strong>SBM</strong> <strong>Offshore</strong>, Mark was<br />
an audit manager with Coopers &<br />
Lybrand in France.<br />
Francis Blanchelande<br />
French, 1949<br />
Chief Operating Officer<br />
Francis Blanchelande joined the<br />
Company in 1978 as an engineer<br />
in the <strong>Offshore</strong> Installation<br />
Department. In 1984, he became the<br />
Operations Manager of the Services<br />
Division, then in 1991 Project<br />
Manager for the construction of the<br />
FSO XV, a floating storage facility<br />
for Elf Nigeria. In 1992, Francis<br />
was appointed Marine Operations<br />
Manager based in Nigeria. Following<br />
his return to Europe in 1995, he was<br />
appointed Vice President Marine,<br />
first based in Aberdeen and then in<br />
Monaco. In 1996, after the restructuring<br />
of Single Buoy Moorings into<br />
two business units, supply of systems<br />
and operation of the fleet of<br />
production vessels,<br />
Francis became Director of<br />
Operations of <strong>SBM</strong> <strong>Offshore</strong><br />
Systems and in 1998 President<br />
of <strong>SBM</strong> <strong>Offshore</strong> Systems<br />
and a Director on the Board of<br />
Management for the Group. In<br />
2001, he moved to the position<br />
of President of <strong>SBM</strong> Production<br />
Contractors. In 2007, he was<br />
appointed Chief Operating Officer.<br />
A graduate from the University of<br />
Geneva in Physics and a post-<br />
graduate at the Ecole Supérieure<br />
des Travaux Publics of Paris, Francis<br />
is a Director for the Standard P&I<br />
Club and sits on the Council of ABS.
