ELGIN BAYLOR 1965 SPORTS CHAIRMAN AWARD
A Service Award plaque presented to Elgin Baylor by the Tuberculosis and Health
Association of Los Angeles in 1965. The plaque features a square ceramic tile set
into a wood frame that reads “Tuberculosis and/ Health Association/ of Los Angeles/
County/ Service/ Award/ Christmas Seal Campaign.” A red logo is displayed
on the right side. A yellow metal plaque is mounted onto the bottom of the
wood frame and reads “Elgin Baylor/ Honorary Sports Chairman/ 1965.”

ELGIN BAYLOR 1960’S LOS ANGELES LAKERS HIGHLIGHT FILMS
A group of three 16mm films owned by Elgin Baylor featuring 1960’s highlights
of the Los Angeles Lakers. The films are on metal reels in film cans. The film can labels
read “Excitement, Inc./ Highlights of the 1962-63 Season” and “Laker All-
Stars in Action/ Highlights of the ’63-’64 Season – Color” and “Laker Insights/
Los Angeles Lakers Highlights Film 1964-65 Season.” All of the film cans are
signed by Baylor.
