reads “Sports Lodge B’nai B’rith/ 14th Annual Dinner/ Hotel Roosevelt, January 23, 1965/ to/ Elgin Baylor/ for/ high principle and achievement/<br />

in sports.” The silver plate is accompanied by a black and white photograph of Elgin Baylor receiving this prestigious award.<br />
