submitted a wakalatnama on behalf Nazar Mohammad, the father of the late<br />

Mohammad Rahim Brohi.<br />

Advocate K. M. Samdani informed the tribunal that he would submit his<br />

wakalatnama on behalf of ASP Shahid Hayat Khan and ASP Mohammad<br />

Tahir by the next hearing of the tribunal. The tribunal also gave an assurance<br />

that it would arrange meetings with the witnesses who were in custody with<br />

their counsel through the advocate-general.<br />

At the request of the advocate-general regarding the recording of the<br />

proceedings for TV coverage, the chairman of the tribunal said that TV could<br />

film the witnesses and show them that they were the witnesses who appeared<br />

before the court and nothing else.<br />

Justice Nasir Aslam Zahid rejected the recording permission for Radio<br />

Pakistan and said the tribunal had its own recording arrangement for the<br />

purpose. The Advocate-General of Sindh, Abdul Ghafoor Mangi, Additional<br />

Advocate-General Mohammad Bachal Tunio and Assistant Advocate-General<br />

Abdul Latif Ansari were also present during the proceedings of the tribunal<br />
