A: This was in the knowledge of the DC.<br />

Q: Was there any meeting held by the chief secretary on this issue. Whether<br />

this matter was discussed to locate where the lacunae or lapses were and<br />

those lapses or deficiencies should not be repeated?<br />

A: No. Not in my knowledge. At the end of the examination of the two SDMs,<br />

the tribunal rose for the day to meet again on Sunday at 11:30 am to examine<br />

other witnesses.<br />
