YUMPU automatically turns print PDFs into web optimized ePapers that Google loves.

By accessing a content’s version history, users can now also delete individual versions of a content.
Check in - Replace
With this release, users will be able to decide whether to increment a content’s version when checking
in the content. Previously, a content’s version was incremented with every check in in order to
maintain a full version history and pedigree for each content. To provide more flexibility, and to allow
users some additional control over content versioning, users may now decide whether to increment a
content’s version at check in.
Note: This feature is controlled based on two user preferences. One preference determines
whether the “increment/don’t increment” option will appear on the check in dialog. The
other preference sets the default value regarding whether or not a content is versioned
upon check in. Depending on a particular customer’s policy, the ability to version or not
version may not be exposed to users.
To maintain full pedigree of contents, it is recommended that contents be versioned at each check in.
Enhanced Team Support
In order to support larger groups of users, it is now possible for customers to leverage the HyperWorks
Enterprise Foundation to maintain a central library.
Note that HyperWorks Enterprise Foundation requires additional installation and configuration in order
to deploy.
Query Editor Enhancements
The Query Editor for advanced queries has been enhanced for this release. It is now possible to limit
queries to only desired folders and/or categories.
