Material Description:
Pipe shall conform to AWWA C900. The restrained
joint pipe system shall meet pressure test
requirements of AWWA C900. Pipe, couplings, and
locking splines shall be non-metallic. Pipe in
intended for use in pressure-rate water supply
and distribution systems. PIpe shall be
furnished in standards lengths of 20 feet.
Pressure rated to 150 psi.
Application:
PVC - DR 18 - pipe with Cast-Iron pipe (CI)
outside diameter. Pipe is intended for use in
trenchless sewer or water applications. Specify
blue pipe for potable and green pipe for force
main.
