The interest of the next selection — best of all
the ball-songs — is of quite another kind. The
scheme of the composition is not unlike that of
our celebrated nursery-game, " I love my love
with an A " ; and the narration can be extended
or varied indefinitely according to the imaginative
wit of the players —
