1 Security Locking System<br />
1.1 Dome Cover<br />
1.1.1 Installation of dome cover as per HPCL approved drawing<br />
1.1.2 Dome Cover is properly welded and workmanship is good<br />
1.1.3 Is the gap between TT top and dome cover edge less than 5 mm.<br />
1.2 Bottom Delivery Valve fittings<br />
1.2.1 Installation of Bottom Delivery Valve fitting as per HPCL approved drawing<br />
1.3 Delivery valve<br />
1.3.1 Wheels of the bottom delivery valves are fully tightened and <strong>no</strong> rotational movement is<br />
observed.<br />
1.3.2 Joining surface of valve stem & wheel is properly welded / brazed. (Please tick<br />
whether welded / brazed)<br />
1.3.3 Check the welded / brazed section for any loose welding / brazing by gently tapping.<br />
After tapping, check whether the joint is firm or any rotation of check nut is observed.<br />
1.3.4 All valves are enclosed in a box and locked from out side<br />
2 Manhole<br />
2.1 Each manhole is fitted with PV vent of CCOE approved make<br />
2.2 No additional fittings other than PV vent, dip pipe, emergency vent and fill pipe are<br />
fitted on the manhole cover<br />
2.3 Dip pipe is in the centre of the manhole<br />
2.4 Tank is <strong>no</strong>t having any concealed compartments. There are <strong>no</strong> unauthorized<br />
modifications / extra fittings inside the compartments.<br />
2.5 Dip pipe contains min 5 <strong>no</strong>s perforations spread uniformly through out its length.<br />
2.6 Dip Pipe end is having opening in to the compartment<br />
2.7 Dip Pipe and fill pipe top end is welded to the manhole cover (Should <strong>no</strong>t be threaded)<br />
2.8 Dip rod datum reference height is matching with calibration certificate<br />
2.9 Fill pipe is provided and is extended till almost bottom of compartment having a<br />
clearance of 25 mm.<br />
2.10 Fill pipe is <strong>no</strong>t slotted and contains only 4 <strong>no</strong>s holes of <strong>13</strong> mm dia above the product<br />
level.<br />
2.11 Inner end of filling pipe is having splash deflector arrangement ( 45ºangular cut).<br />
3 Branding of TTs<br />
3.1 Tank Truck is clean and in painted condition and <strong>no</strong> signs of peeling of colour or<br />
rusting.<br />
3.2 Tank truck painted with PU based high gloss enamel paint. Check gloss by cleaning<br />
Tank surface.<br />
3.3 HPCL Logo and Blue/Red/Gray Bands are printed on Vinyl stickers of Gasoline vapor<br />
resistant film of 3M make on both sides and at rear as per reference drgs. of HPCL.<br />
Verify the warranty certificate issued by 3 M.<br />
