4. Print and complete the form, and fax it to Customer Service (727-803-
8001). Make sure that you enter your Authorization number, and if
requesting an Authorization number by email, a valid email address.
5. Quit the WYNN Activation dialog box.
6. If activating by email,
When the Activation License code arrives by e-mail, start WYNN,
select Activate, select Telephone to receive activation by mail,
and click Next.
Copy the 100-plus character Activation License code from the email
message, and paste it into the Activation License Code edit
box. Click Next.
