4.4.6 Microarrays analysis<br />
Pictures of the PNA microarrays were recorded by using a scanner ScanArray Express 20<br />
(Perkin Elmer, Waltham, USA). Laser was set at excitation wavelenght of 646nm and<br />
emission at 664nm, for Cy5. Pictures were acquired with laser power at 100% and<br />
photomultiplier at 40%.<br />
