I
TO TWO BEAUTIFUL SISTERS AT DUNKIRK. 239
Rosy, romping Gwladys Fort,
But when you are in your teens
You'll be one of Beauty's queens.
Breaking lovers'
hearts for sport,
Pleasing, teasing Gwladys Fort.
TO TWO BEAUTIFUL SISTERS AT DUNKIRK.
OSALIE and Josephine,
Josephine and Rosalie,
Did I but require a queen.
One of you that queen should be.
Ay, but which ? I cannot tell
Rosalie and Josephine
Both attract with equal spell.
Equally might be a queen.
One is dark, the other fair,
Both are wondrous fair to see
Which the fairer, how declare,
Josephine or Rosalie ?
Rosy laughter, sprightly wit,
Hover nigh where you are seen
Graces, cupids, round -you flit,
Rosalie and Josephine.
Were I Sultan for a day,
You should my sultanas be.
Rule my realms with equal sway,
Josephine and Rosahe.
