Use the following format:
The first two positions for Application Identifier in
UCC/EAN Code 128 barcode symbology (not
concatenated) must be ‘91.’
For other symbologies, the first two positions
must be a Service Type Code and last positions
must be spaces.
Fixed-length sequential number would be right
justified with a total of 8 digits with leading zeros.
The PIC must remain unique for 12 months.
