9 Strategic themes Outokumpu's strategic targets include improved and more stable profitability and higher levels of customer satisfaction. Key priorities include highlighting the Group's cost competitiveness in producing high-volume standard grades and achieving a fast transformation to increased production of special grades and products. Vision Outokumpu's vision is to become the undisputed number one in stainless steel. This requires us to have the best financial performance in the industry. Related targets are: Becoming the industry leader in terms of customer satisfaction Having the most-efficient and environmentally-friendly operations, and Being the most attractive employer.
