Beltway Panel Components<br />
<br />
panels ship completely assembled with a<br />
universal panel frame, choice of standard<br />
base raceway, open base or tiled to the<br />
floor base options, top cap, panel-to-panel<br />
connection hardware and beltway inserts.<br />
Beltway panels may be ordered by component<br />
<br />
when panel inserts are required on one<br />
side only or when a different fabric color or<br />
material is required on opposite panel sides.<br />
Beltway Panel Insert Supports<br />
All Dividends Horizon panel frames are prepunched<br />
to accept beltway supports which<br />
span horizontally across the panel frame.<br />
Beltway panel inserts are mounted above<br />
and below the beltway and attach to the<br />
upper and lower panel frame and the beltway<br />
supports. Beltway supports are painted black.<br />
Note: Slatwall tiles may not be<br />
specified or installed with beltway.<br />
Beltway Panel Insert Construction<br />
Fabric inserts are constructed of fabric<br />
laminated with a web adhesive and heat cured<br />
to 1 / 2" thick tackable acoustic board. Laminate<br />
inserts are constructed of a particle board<br />
core with laminate on the front and back.<br />
Steel tiles are constructed of formed steel<br />
that is painted in any <strong>Knoll</strong> core paint finish.<br />
Beltway Cover Construction<br />
Trim-colored plastic extrusion<br />
available in smooth finish.<br />
Electrical<br />
Panel base raceways 24" and wider will accept<br />
two duplex receptacles per panel side. 18" wide<br />
panels provide pass-through electrical only.<br />
Beltway raceways 30" and wider will accept<br />
two duplex receptacles per panel side. 18"<br />
and 24" wide beltways provide pass-through<br />
electrical only. All electrical components are<br />
ordered separately and must be field-installed.<br />
One-Sided Beltway Panel<br />
Beltway panels are available with<br />
one beltway per panel or per panel sides.<br />
Non-beltway side will have a monolithic insert.<br />

Top Cap Construction<br />
Smooth radiused top caps are made from<br />
extruded plastic. Radius and flat metal top<br />
caps are made from extruded aluminum.<br />
Top Cap Attachment<br />
Snaps onto the trough of a topway panel<br />
frame. Retainer clips are included to<br />
attach top caps to full view frames.<br />
