Beltway Inserts<br />

Dividends Horizon beltway panel inserts<br />

are available by component for use<br />

with panel frames for ‘‘build-to-spec’’<br />

applications. These applications include<br />

when inserts are only required on one panel<br />

side and when fabrics or materials are<br />

mixed insert-to-insert or side-to-side.<br />

Beltway inserts are also included in<br />

‘‘Preconfigured’’ beltway panel assemblies.<br />

Beltway Insert Construction<br />

Fabric inserts are constructed of fabric<br />

laminated with web adhesive and heat-cured<br />

to 7 / 16" thick acoustical board. Laminate<br />

inserts are constructed of a particle laminate<br />

on the front and back. Steel tiles are<br />

constructed of formed steel that is painted<br />

Beltway Insert Attachment<br />

Beltway panel inserts attach to the troughs<br />

in the upper and lower horizontal frame<br />

supports and beltway insert supports.<br />

Beltway top and bottom panel inserts require<br />

beltway cover and insert supports. Mounting<br />

clips attach to panel inserts and connect<br />

to vertical frame for additional support. No<br />

tools are required for insert attachment.<br />

Note: Slatwall tiles may not be specified or<br />

installed with beltway.<br />

Beltway Cover<br />

Beltway covers snap into the beltway supports<br />

and are constructed of extruded plastic.<br />

Beltway covers include knockouts with covers<br />

for duplex receptacles centered 12" from each<br />

panel end (except for 18 and 24" wide). A<br />

single communications knockout cover in the<br />

center of the beltway is included on all beltways<br />
