The Manor of Alderton 3 rd edition
In 1966 the estates were sold off. Much of the land was purchased by the
Duke of Beaufort, and became part of his extensive Badminton estate. After
this date Ralph Christopher Inigo Jones and his wife Anne Denise (nee Chapell)
lived at Sevington Manor. Anne Denise died there in 1977 519 and, two years
later, so did Ralph Christopher 520 . As direct descendants of the Neelds they
were buried in the Neeld family crypt at Leigh Delamere.
Not having the skills of Canon Jackson, I do not feel competent to take this
history any closer to the present, and leave this for others.
