at Hullavington as well. 185 <strong>and</strong> little else is known of them. Descendents are<br />

known for all the daughters except Mary <strong>and</strong> Anne, although both of them were<br />

married.<br />

In October 1604 186 , Edward was witness to an indenture between Walter<br />

White ( his brother in law) <strong>and</strong> Edward Smart, both of Grittleton 187 .<br />

Edward Gore died in 1622 <strong>and</strong> was buried in Alderton<br />

The eldest son, William, was baptised at Surrenden on 5 th September,1591, it is<br />

noted that three daughters were born first. Little is known about him,<br />
