6. Roads<br />
Use of roadways within the <strong>Cove</strong> shall be limited to administrative use, utility<br />
maintenance, public safety, and general public access to the developable<br />
management zones. At this time no public motorized access is allowed<br />
within the <strong>Cove</strong>. New aggregate and asphalt typical sections and specifications<br />
shall conform to either USDA Forest Service and/or National Park Service<br />
standards, as shown in the photos below.<br />
