10. <strong>Trail</strong>head Restrooms<br />
Restrooms and comfort facilities should be located at primary trailhead and<br />
parking facilities. These facilities should encompass a design that compliments<br />
the natural character of the <strong>Cove</strong> and possess a functionality and operation<br />
that is sustainable. Facilities should be dependent primarily on natural<br />
lighting and be self contained and/or biodegradable pump-out systems.<br />
