The City is initiating new transit service that will provide shuttle<br />

connections to RT's Gold Line. Local fees are currently being<br />

collected that will support the Shuttle <strong>Program</strong> from the new<br />

development areas. After several years of testing and adjusting the<br />

service, the City plans to initiate a system that will be owned and<br />

operated internally and will be appropriately coordinated to provide<br />

connectivity with the region's transit service providers. (Emission<br />
