The City will utilize these funds to define the urban‐rural edge along
the northern, western, and southern boundaries of the City. This
edge will consist of improving Pease, Township, and Bogue Roads for
the General Plan purpose of creating a transition from the edge of
planned urban development to the adjoining open space and
