10.3 LARGE HOLDINGS ZONE (LH)<br />
10.3.1 Permitted Uses:<br />
Principal uses:<br />
a) agriculture, subject to Sections 7.22, 7.23, including sales, subject to<br />
Section 7.24;<br />
b) agriculture, intensive, subject to Section 7.22<br />
c) forestry;<br />
d) veterinary establishments;<br />
e) kennels, subject to Section 7.22;<br />
f) equestrian centres, subject to Section 7.22;<br />
g) single detached dwellings;<br />
h) resource extraction including screening, but excluding further<br />
processing.<br />
Secondary uses:<br />
i) accessory dwellings, subject to Section 7.11;<br />
j) secondary suites, subject to Section 7.12;<br />
k) agri-tourism activities;<br />
l) home occupations in a principal dwelling or accessory building, subject<br />
to Section 7.17;<br />
m) home industries, subject to Section 7.18;<br />
n) bed and breakfast operation, subject to Section 7.19; xx<br />
o) accessory buildings and structures, subject to Section 7.13.<br />
10.3.2 Site Specific Large Holdings (LHs) Provisions :<br />
a) see Section 15.3<br />
10.3.3 Minimum Parcel Size:<br />
a) 4 ha, subject to servicing requirements;<br />
b) Despite Section 10.3.3(a), intensive agriculture: 10 ha, subject to<br />
servicing requirements;<br />
10.3.4 Minimum Parcel Width:<br />
a) <strong>No</strong>t less than 25% of the parcel depth.<br />
