10.3 LARGE HOLDINGS ZONE (LH)
10.3.1 Permitted Uses:
Principal uses:
a) agriculture, subject to Sections 7.22, 7.23, including sales, subject to
Section 7.24;
b) agriculture, intensive, subject to Section 7.22
c) forestry;
d) veterinary establishments;
e) kennels, subject to Section 7.22;
f) equestrian centres, subject to Section 7.22;
g) single detached dwellings;
h) resource extraction including screening, but excluding further
processing.
Secondary uses:
i) accessory dwellings, subject to Section 7.11;
j) secondary suites, subject to Section 7.12;
k) agri-tourism activities;
l) home occupations in a principal dwelling or accessory building, subject
to Section 7.17;
m) home industries, subject to Section 7.18;
n) bed and breakfast operation, subject to Section 7.19; xx
o) accessory buildings and structures, subject to Section 7.13.
10.3.2 Site Specific Large Holdings (LHs) Provisions :
a) see Section 15.3
10.3.3 Minimum Parcel Size:
a) 4 ha, subject to servicing requirements;
b) Despite Section 10.3.3(a), intensive agriculture: 10 ha, subject to
servicing requirements;
10.3.4 Minimum Parcel Width:
a) Not less than 25% of the parcel depth.
