10.7 SMALL HOLDINGS FOUR ZONE (SH4)<br />
10.7.1 Permitted Uses:<br />
Principal uses:<br />
a) agriculture, subject to Sections 7.22 and 7.23;<br />
b) single detached dwellings;<br />
Secondary uses:<br />
c) secondary suites, subject to Section 7.12;<br />
d) agri-tourism activities;<br />
e) home occupations in a principal dwelling or accessory building, subject<br />
to Section 7.17;<br />
f) home industries, subject to Section 7.18;<br />
g) bed and breakfast operation, subject to Section 7.19; xxvii<br />
h) accessory buildings and structures, subject to Section 7.13.<br />
10.7.2 Site Specific Small Holdings Four (SH4s) Provisions :<br />
a) see Section 15.7<br />
10.7.3 Minimum Parcel Size:<br />
a) 4,040 m 2 , subject to servicing requirements<br />
10.7.4 Minimum Parcel Width:<br />
a) <strong>No</strong>t less than 25% of the parcel depth<br />
10.7.5 Maximum Number of Dwellings Permitted Per Parcel:<br />
a) one (1) principal dwelling unit<br />
10.7.6 Minimum Setbacks:<br />
a) Buildings and structures, subject to Section 7.22:<br />
i) Front parcel line: 7.5 metres<br />
ii) Rear parcel line of a principal building: 7.5 metres<br />
iii) Exterior side parcel line:<br />
4.5 metres<br />
iv) Interior side parcel line:<br />
4.5 metres<br />
