.2 in the <strong>ca</strong>se of land described as Lot 2, DL207, SDYD, Plan 26537, and<br />
shown hatched on Figure 15.11.2, the following provisions shall apply: xlvii<br />
i) permitted uses include all those listed at Section 13.1 (General<br />
Commercial Zone) and shall include a ‘distillery’; and<br />
ii)<br />
The minimum floor area to be used for tasting and retail sales shall be<br />
25 m 2 .<br />
15.12 Site Specific Tourist Commercial One (CT1s) Provisions:<br />
.1 for Lot 1, Plan KAP79439, DL 210, NARAMATA TOWNSITE, SDYD (3635<br />
1 st St.), the following provisions shall apply:<br />
i) permitted uses for the 0.43 ha southerly portion includes hotel where<br />
13.2.1 is accessory, excluding a) b) g) i) j) k), l), m), and one (1)<br />
accessory dwelling unit under the same roof, accessory buildings and<br />
structures, meeting room facilities, personal service establishment,<br />
libraries, museums, art galleries, or similar cultural uses, and accessory<br />
offices; and<br />
ii) the minimum parcel size shall be 1,650 m 2 .<br />
15.13 Site Specific Administrative and Institutional (AIs) Provisions:<br />
xlviii .1 for the <strong>ca</strong>se of a 0.22 hectare area shown hatched on figure 5.13.1,<br />
permitted uses shall include “power sub-station”, and “accessory buildings<br />
and structures subject to Section 7.13”; and shall exclude all others.<br />
