10.4 SMALL HOLDINGS ONE ZONE (SH1)<br />
10.4.1 Permitted Uses:<br />
Principal uses:<br />
a) agriculture, subject to Section 7.22 and 7.23;<br />
b) agriculture, intensive, subject to Section 7.22;<br />
c) single detached dwellings;<br />
d) veterinary establishments;<br />
e) silviculture;<br />
f) parks;<br />
Secondary uses:<br />
g) accessory dwellings, subject to Section 7.11;<br />
h) secondary suites, subject to 7.12;<br />
i) home occupations, subject to Section 7.17;<br />
j) home industry, subject to Section 7.18;<br />
k) bed and breakfast operation, subject to Section 7.19; xxi<br />
l) kennels, hobby and commercial, subject to Section 7.22;<br />
m) equestrian centres, subject to Section 7.22;<br />
n) accessory buildings and structures, subject to Section 7.13.<br />
10.4.2 Site Specific Small Holdings One (SH1s) Provisions :<br />

10.4.3 Minimum Parcel Size:<br />
a) 4.0 ha, subject to servicing requirements;<br />
b) Despite Section 10.4.3(a), intensive agriculture: 10 ha, subject to<br />
servicing requirements.<br />
10.4.4 Minimum Parcel Width:<br />
