15.10 Site Specific Residential Multiple Family (RM1s) Provisions:<br />

.1 for Plan 519, Block 11, DL 210, Parcel A, Portion (DD KX146565), SDYD<br />

(371 Gwendoline Ave):<br />

i) the minimum parcel size shall be 1,115 m 2 ;<br />

ii)<br />

the interior side parcel line setback shall be 3.0 metres.<br />

.2 for the <strong>ca</strong>se of a 0.7 ha area shown hatched on figure 15.10.2, the following<br />

provisions shall apply; xliv<br />

i) the maximum number of dwelling units permitted shall be eighteen (18);<br />

and<br />

ii)<br />

Permitted uses shall include those listed at Section 12.1.1, as well as<br />

“common sewage disposal facilities auxiliary to the residential use”.<br />
