10.5 SMALL HOLDINGS TWO ZONE (SH2)<br />

10.5.1 Permitted Uses:<br />

Principal uses:<br />

a) agriculture, subject to Sections 7.22 and 7.24, including sales subject<br />

to Section 7.24;<br />

b) agriculture, intensive, subject to Section 7.22;<br />

c) single detached dwellings;<br />

d) veterinary establishments;<br />

e) kennels, hobby, subject to Section 7.22;<br />

Secondary uses:<br />

f) secondary suites, subject to 7.12;<br />

g) agri-tourism activities;<br />

h) home occupations, subject to Section 7.17;<br />

i) home industry, subject to Section 7.18;<br />

j) bed and breakfast operation, subject to Section 7.19; xxiii<br />

k) equestrian centres, subject to Section 7.22;<br />

l) accessory buildings and structures, subject to Section 7.13.<br />

10.5.2 Site Specific Small Holdings Two (SH2s) Provisions :<br />

a) see Section 15.5<br />

10.5.3 Minimum Parcel Size:<br />

a) 2.0 ha, subject to servicing requirements;<br />

b) Despite Section 10.5.3(a), intensive agriculture: 10 ha, subject to<br />

servicing requirements.<br />

10.5.4 Minimum Parcel Width:<br />

a) <strong>No</strong>t less than 25% of the parcel depth<br />

10.5.5 Maximum Number of Dwellings Permitted Per Parcel:<br />

a) one (1) principal dwelling unit<br />
