14.0 ADMINISTRATIVE and OPEN SPACE<br />
14.1 ADMINISTRATIVE AND INSTITUTIONAL ZONE (AI)<br />
14.1.1 Permitted Uses:<br />
Principal uses:<br />
a) churches;<br />
b) cemeteries;<br />
c) community halls;<br />
d) community <strong>ca</strong>re or social <strong>ca</strong>re facilities;<br />
e) offices;<br />
f) hospitals;<br />
g) libraries, museums, art galleries;<br />
h) edu<strong>ca</strong>tional centres and meeting room facilities;<br />
i) multi-dwelling units for community <strong>ca</strong>re and affordable housing, subject<br />
to Section 12.1;<br />
j) charitable, fraternal, or philanthropic institutions;<br />
Secondary uses:<br />
k) one (1) accessory dwelling per parcel for churches, attached or<br />
detached, subject to Section 7.11;<br />
l) accessory buildings and structures, subject to Section 7.13.<br />
14.1.2 Site Specific Administrative and Institutional (AIs) Provisions :<br />

a) 505 m 2 , subject to servicing requirements.<br />
