13.0 COMMERCIAL
13.1 GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE (C1)
13.1.1 Permitted Uses:
Principal uses:
a) eating and drinking establishments;
b) offices;
c) personal service establishment;
d) amusement establishment, indoor;
e) hotel, motel;
f) parking lot;
g) clubs, lodges and fraternal organizations;
h) vehicle service establishments;
i) retail, outdoor, sales area not to exceed 200 m 2 ;
j) retail stores, general, not to exceed 250 m 2 in gross floor area;
k) veterinary establishments;
l) recreation and farm equipment sales, service, rentals and repairs;
m) indoor commercial warehousing, not to exceed 250 m 2 in gross floor
area;
Secondary uses:
n) one (1) accessory dwelling per parcel under the same roof for the
permitted uses in Section 13.1.1 a), j), and l), subject to Section 7.11;
o) one (1) accessory dwelling per parcel for the permitted uses in Section
13.1.1 h), k) and m), subject to Section 7.11, except for the limitation
for height;
p) car wash accessory to vehicle service establishments;
q) accessory buildings and structures, subject to Section 7.13.
13.1.2 Site Specific General Commercial (C1s) Provisions :
a) see Section 15.11
13.1.3 Minimum Parcel Size:
a) 505 m 2 , subject to servicing requirements.
