13.0 COMMERCIAL<br />
13.1 GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE (C1)<br />
13.1.1 Permitted Uses:<br />
Principal uses:<br />
a) eating and drinking establishments;<br />
b) offices;<br />
c) personal service establishment;<br />
d) amusement establishment, indoor;<br />
e) hotel, motel;<br />
f) parking lot;<br />
g) clubs, lodges and fraternal organizations;<br />
h) vehicle service establishments;<br />
i) retail, outdoor, sales area not to exceed 200 m 2 ;<br />
j) retail stores, general, not to exceed 250 m 2 in gross floor area;<br />
k) veterinary establishments;<br />
l) recreation and farm equipment sales, service, rentals and repairs;<br />
m) indoor commercial warehousing, not to exceed 250 m 2 in gross floor<br />
area;<br />
Secondary uses:<br />
n) one (1) accessory dwelling per parcel under the same roof for the<br />
permitted uses in Section 13.1.1 a), j), and l), subject to Section 7.11;<br />
o) one (1) accessory dwelling per parcel for the permitted uses in Section<br />
13.1.1 h), k) and m), subject to Section 7.11, except for the limitation<br />
for height;<br />
p) <strong>ca</strong>r wash accessory to vehicle service establishments;<br />
q) accessory buildings and structures, subject to Section 7.13.<br />
13.1.2 Site Specific General Commercial (C1s) Provisions :<br />
a) see Section 15.11<br />
13.1.3 Minimum Parcel Size:<br />
a) 505 m 2 , subject to servicing requirements.<br />
