13.2.5 Minimum Setbacks:<br />

a) Buildings and structures:<br />

i) Front parcel line: 7.5 metres<br />

ii) Rear parcel line:<br />

7.5 metres<br />

iii) Exterior side parcel line:<br />

4.5 metres<br />

iv) Interior side parcel line:<br />

3.0 metres<br />

b) Despite 13.2.5(a), 7.5 metres from all parcel lines for <strong>ca</strong>mpgrounds.<br />

13.2.6 Maximum Height:<br />

a) <strong>No</strong> building or structure shall exceed a height of 10.0 metres<br />

13.2.7 Maximum Parcel Coverage:<br />

a) 35%;<br />

b) Despite Section 13.2.7(a), 3% for accessory uses to <strong>ca</strong>mpgrounds.<br />

13.2.8 Minimum Building Width and Width-to-Length Ratio:<br />

a) Principal dwellings: 5.0 metres width, as originally designed and<br />

constructed, and a width-to-length ratio of 1:4 or less.<br />
