Group 1 Chemical and Pharmaceutical
Industries Council
The Council organised a casual luncheon on the registration system
for proprietary Chinese medicines (pCm) in July 2007. Dr T H
Leung, deputy director of the Department of Health, was invited
to give a talk on the registration requirements for pCm. The event
attracted more than 40 members.

Group 2 Building Materials
The Group organised a three-day mission to Huizhou from 13
to 15 December 2007, which was led by Group chairman Martin
Tam and vice-chairman Allan So. The delegates visited Great Gold
Metals and Furniture Products (Huizhou) Company Ltd, Tongqiao
Industrial Park and a new real estate project in Huizhou. Members
also took the opportunity to attend a processing trade seminar and
the 2007 PRD Gala Dinner held during the second day.

惠 州 市 的 房 地 產 發 展 項 目 , 並 參 加 了 於 行 程 第 二 天 舉 行 的 「 珠
三 角 企 業 加 工 貿 易 轉 型 升 級 及 惠 州 新 商 機 交 流 會 」, 晚 上 出 席
香 港 珠 三 角 工 商 界 聯 合 晚 會 。
