In order to inform members more about the latest facilities,
technologies and services offered by logistics operators in the Pan-
Pearl River Delta region, the Council organised a mission to Da
Chan Bay Terminal in December 2007. Council chairman Dr David
Ho and vice-chairman Joseph Leung led over 20 delegates to visit
Da Chan Bay Terminal One, Shenzhen South-China International
Logistics Centre and Shenzhen Shencai Logistics Co Ltd.
In January 2008, the Council held another mission to Macao where
delegates visited the Temporary Taipa Ferry Terminal, Macao
International Airport and Macao Ferry Terminal. Participants
gained comprehensive understanding about the operations and
recent developments of Macao’s transportation infrastructure.

2007 年 10 月 環 境 保 護 署 首 席 環 境 保 護 主 任 莫 偉 全 受 邀 出 席 輕
鬆 午 餐 聚 會 , 向 會 員 解 釋 有 關 歐 盟 四 期 實 施 的 情 況 , 以 及 舊 柴
油 商 業 車 輛 更 換 資 助 計 劃 的 詳 情 。 午 餐 會 吸 引 了 20 多 名 會 員 參
加 。
為 加 強 會 員 對 泛 珠 江 三 角 鄰 近 地 區 物 流 設 施 、 科 技 與 服 務 發 展
的 瞭 解 , 協 會 於 2007 年 12 月 前 赴 大 鏟 灣 碼 頭 考 察 。 協 會 主 席
何 志 盛 博 士 及 副 主 席 梁 礪 鋒 率 領 20 多 位 會 員 參 觀 了 深 圳 大 鏟 灣
碼 頭 ( 一 期 )、 華 南 國 際 物 流 中 心 以 及 深 圳 神 彩 彩 聯 物 流 中 心 。
時 客 運 碼 頭 ( 新 北 安 碼 頭 )、 澳 門 國 際 機 場 和 澳 門 新 港 澳 碼 頭 ,
考 察 當 地 基 建 的 營 運 情 況 及 最 新 發 展 。
Group 22 Hong Kong Watch & Clock Council
The Council organised the Mainland Labour Contact Law seminar
in October 2007, in cooperation with the Federation of Hong
Kong Watch Trades & Industries Ltd and Hong Kong Watch
Manufacturers Association Ltd. The seminar covered details
of the Labour Contract Law including the legal requirements,
compensation calculations, contractual clauses, legal liabilities as
well as recommendations of compliance. An audience of more than
50 participated in the event.

協 會 於 2007 年 10 月 舉 行 「 勞 動 合 同 法 」 研 討 會 , 合 辦 機 構 包 括
香 港 鐘 表 業 總 會 及 香 港 表 廠 商 會 。 研 討 會 涵 蓋 了 最 新 內 容 , 包
括 新 法 的 規 定 、 經 濟 補 償 的 計 算 和 簽 訂 無 固 定 期 限 合 約 的 相 關
情 況 及 有 關 法 律 責 任 等 , 逾 50 名 參 加 者 出 席 。
