assessment. This<br />

may include any<br />

special notes for<br />

each of the unit<br />

standards.<br />

Note that „All tasks<br />

demonstrated<br />

according to<br />

organisational and<br />

requirements‟ AND<br />

„Assessment of<br />

observed evidence is<br />

to be completed after<br />

observation of<br />

ongoing<br />

competency‟. Both of<br />

assessments.<br />
