The Questions worksheets may be filled in by the candidate, or the assessor may ask the questions orally and mark down the answers. The chosen option must be indicated at the top of the sheet. If answers are written by someone other than the candidate, it must be clear to the assessor that someone else wrote the answer(s). Best practice is to encourage the writer (other than the candidate) to initial and date next to each answer they have recorded (verbatim) for the candidate. Questions may be presented using a wide range of questioning styles e.g. basic questions and blank for answers, multichoice, fill-in-thegaps, complete this table, etc. A tick-box is provided to the right of each question for marking purposes. The assessor needs to include their comments and complete the Signoff at the bottom of each questions sheet. The candidate will also need to sign off once they have been assessed. This is signifying that they have had their assessment result discussed with them. The assessor will also need to record their assessment judgement for this evidence (i.e. Questions 1) on the front page of the candidate‟s Assessment Guide – Assessment Results. Assessment Guides may also contain one or more Task Sheets, where the candidate carries out a task and records their actions / results. With all assessment activities in a Competenz Assessment Guide, there is also Assessor Comments and Sign-off (not shown). The assessor will also need to record their assessment judgement for this evidence (i.e. Task 1) on the front page of the candidate‟s Assessment Guide – Assessment Results.
