S2-PDGS-MMUS-015 The MMUS function shall allow unregistered users to submit online registration as an individual and/or organization nominally without the assistance of any operator. (Contact point for Support-Desk will be anyway provided during the registration process to handle & support the registration process, if needed). S2-PDGS-MMUS-020 The MMUS function shall allow the registered user to login after his/her account has been activated and to access all those PDGS services for his/her user type with personalized web pages. S2-PDGS-MMUS-025 The MMUS function shall allow the operator for user account management purposes, to manage and support the handling of the following registered Sentinel-2 Users information: Application categories and Project Account typology Country and region of the world the user belongs to Project Accounts (i.e. typology, status, nationality, eventual remarks, quota, etc) Users information (e.g. name, preferred language, etc), including addresses. Organization addresses: stores an official organization address (e.g. company, university) replicated then for all users belonging to that Organization as a model to avoid different wording of the same address A user may have more than one address. The addresses are used for mailing/shipment. S2-PDGS-MMUS-030 The MMUS function shall allow the operator, for user account management purposes, to access to the following functions: User Profiles Generation/Updating; User Creation (i.e. according to specified/existing profiles); User Account Updating (i.e. including profiles updates); User Account Deletion; Contact registered user by e-mail and/or phone; Sending of information to registered user groups through a mailing list service. GSC Sentinel-2 PDGS SRD Issue 1 Revision 2 (draft) - 25.07.2010 GMES-GSEG-EOPG-RD-09-0028 page 133 of 204 S2-PDGS-MMUS-035 The MMUS function shall allow the operator, in the frame of Support-Desk operations, to access the following functionalities: Search for similar Sentinel-2 support requests; Create a new Support-Desk ticket; Route the support request to the Sentinel-2 2nd line expert Support-Desk by email and receives its feedback; Tracking of Support-Desk calls; Searching for Support-Desk Ticket; Modifying a Support-Desk Ticket status; Resolving a Support-Desk Ticket. S2-PDGS-MMUS-040 The MMUS function shall contribute to the GSCDA/CDS advertisement system by providing relevant information to the CDS. The needed information shall cover as a minimum: Generic mission description (i.e. a free text description/abstract covering the main features of the satellite mission); Summary information about products and instrument; Relevant instrument and products documentation (e.g. available products handbooks and products description); Relevant previews and graphics for illustrating mission products; Relevant logos for GCM; List of relevant mission products; URL of relevant WEB pages (i.e. the address of "definitive" technical Web-site for the mission, plus other relevant links). S2-PDGS-MMUS-045 The MMUS function shall catalogue all the Sentinel-2 products systematically generated and available to users .i.e. S2MSI0, S2MSI1A, S2MSI1B and S2MSI1C. The catalogue shall mirror the breakdown of the Sentinel-2 product data in several geographical components hereafter referred to as product granules. S2-PDGS-MMUS-050 The MMUS function shall be able to populate its catalogue from asynchronous catalogue updates (addition or removal) provided by the DAX function and mirroring all the product granules available for query and download throughout the PDGS.
