S2-PDGS-MPA-055 The PDGS/MPA function activities and reporting shall be focussed towards minimising the time to investigate and recover from anomalies. S2-PDGS-MPA-060 The PDGS/MPA function shall be able to generate status reports that summarize the overall performance of the PDGS System and every individual function covering a user defined time-window and generated with regular frequencies (i.e. daily, N-day cyclic) and by on-demand triggering. S2-PDGS-MPA-065 Whenever possible, the PDGS/MPA function shall include in the quality-reports a proposed solution for correcting anomalies identified (e.g. trigger Cal/Val activities to update on-ground configuration parameters or to perform the verification of a new IPF version). S2-PDGS-MPA-070 The generated reports shall present a consistent and coherent structure providing a harmonised look & feel to ease the reading and comprehension. In addition, according to configuration, they shall be generated in the respective format(s) adequate for the on-line publishing, distribution and local visualisation and printing (e.g. on-line HTML page, downloadable PDF, etc). S2-PDGS-MPA-075 The PDGS/MPA function shall be able log all the automated activities (i.e. activities performed without the presence of the operator) via the PDGS/M&C function). S2-PDGS-MPA-080 The PDGS/MPA function shall be able to generate quality-reports with contents and format compliant with the applicable CDS/SCI interface, providing comprehensive information on the overall quality of the Sentinel-2 products and Data-Sets. S2-PDGS-MPA-085 The PDGS/MPA function shall be able to generate a processor verification report and/or anomaly reports in output of all IDP function verification activities. GSC Sentinel-2 PDGS SRD Issue 1 Revision 2 (draft) - 25.07.2010 GMES-GSEG-EOPG-RD-09-0028 page 167 of 204 S2-PDGS-MPA-095 The PDGS/MPA function shall be able to manage a multi-satellite configuration (2A, 2B, etc). 5.18.2 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS S2-PDGS-MPA-100 The PDGS/MPA Cal/Val function shall be able to generate the entire payload on-board and on-ground processing calibration parameters within 1 working-day. S2-PDGS-MPA-105 The PDGS/MPA Off-Line Quality Control function shall generate the complete daily report related to the last 24 hours processed production within less than 3 hours. S2-PDGS-MPA-110 The PDGS/MPA Off-Line Quality Control function shall generate the N-cyclic reports (covering 6 months – 18 cycles) in less than one day. The quality control checks and the analysis activities performed for the N-cyclic reports shall be mainly based on the summary of the daily quality reports. S2-PDGS-MPA-115 The PDGS/MPA function shall generate the end-to-end system daily performance report, which summarises the last 24 hours of the PDGS operations, in less than one hour. 5.18.3 OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS S2-PDGS-MPA-120 The PDGS/MPA function shall be deployed and operated locally in the MPAC and supported by remote or collocated Expert Cal/Val teams for specific functions. S2-PDGS-MPA-125 The PDGS/MPA function shall operate the PDGS second-line expert Support-Desk in support to the first line Support-Desk and responsible for answering to specific investigations on the product quality and PDGS overall performance. S2-PDGS-MPA-130 The PDGS/MPA function shall receive from the Off-Line POD Service the POD precise orbit products and POD reports. S2-PDGS-MPA-135 The PDGS/MPA function forward the OBCD and OGCD configuration updates for coordinated deployment throughout the PDGS and to the FOS via the MCC function.
