2.4. Existing Road Capacity Deficiencies<br />
Although no problems were identified at the screenline level, analysis <strong>of</strong> the model results<br />
(p.m. peak hour) for individual corridors revealed several areas where capacity deficiencies<br />
currently exist. Problematic road links include:<br />

The Kingsway between Lloyd Street and Barrydowne Road in both directions.<br />
The Kingsway between Falconbridge Highway and 3 rd Avenue in the eastbound direction.<br />
LaSalle Boulevard in the westbound direction between Barrydowne Road and MR 35.<br />
<br />
MR 35 in the westbound direction between Azilda and Chelmsford.<br />
