Posting Information on Campus<br />
Bulletin boards are provided at convenient locations on campus for<br />
posting materials to promote events and activities.<br />
All materials displayed on a bulletin board shall clearly indicate the author<br />
or agency responsible for its production, and shall be approved and dated<br />
with a removal date by the Chief <strong>Student</strong> Services Office.<br />
Postings may be put up with tacks or tape, but not staples.<br />
Materials may not be posted on windows or glass doors, on the side of<br />
buildings walls, doors, posts, trees and fences.<br />
The parties responsible for the posting must remove it as soon as<br />
possible according to the removal date.<br />
Postings may be denied at the discretion of the Chief <strong>Student</strong> Services Office,<br />
particularly when they may be in violation of policy.<br />
Transportation Information<br />
Parking and Traffic Regulations<br />
FRC enforces traffic and parking regulations on campus by the authority granted in<br />
Section 21113 of the California Vehicle Code. Enforcement is under the<br />
jurisdiction of FRC and the California Highway Patrol. Violators may receive<br />
citations from these agencies.<br />
Parking Permits:<br />
<strong>Student</strong>s using any FRC campus parking facility must pay a parking fee at<br />
the time of registration.<br />
The fee is $20 per semester and a parking sticker is issued.<br />
The sticker must be displayed in the lower left hand corner of your vehicle<br />
windshield.<br />
Parking Regulations:<br />
You are allowed to park only in designated parking areas inside the lower<br />
campus parking lots.<br />
You may park between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm (hours are<br />
extended only for special college sanctioned activities).<br />
You must adhere to all traffic signs and posted speed limits; maximum<br />
speed is 15 mph.<br />
You are allowed to drop people off at the top of campus; this does not<br />
mean you can park to check your mail, visit an instructor, pick up a<br />
paycheck, etc.<br />
Parking at FRC is at your own risk. You are encouraged to lock your<br />
