Posting Information on Campus
Bulletin boards are provided at convenient locations on campus for
posting materials to promote events and activities.
All materials displayed on a bulletin board shall clearly indicate the author
or agency responsible for its production, and shall be approved and dated
with a removal date by the Chief Student Services Office.
Postings may be put up with tacks or tape, but not staples.
Materials may not be posted on windows or glass doors, on the side of
buildings walls, doors, posts, trees and fences.
The parties responsible for the posting must remove it as soon as
possible according to the removal date.
Postings may be denied at the discretion of the Chief Student Services Office,
particularly when they may be in violation of policy.
Transportation Information
Parking and Traffic Regulations
FRC enforces traffic and parking regulations on campus by the authority granted in
Section 21113 of the California Vehicle Code. Enforcement is under the
jurisdiction of FRC and the California Highway Patrol. Violators may receive
citations from these agencies.
Parking Permits:
Students using any FRC campus parking facility must pay a parking fee at
the time of registration.
The fee is $20 per semester and a parking sticker is issued.
The sticker must be displayed in the lower left hand corner of your vehicle
windshield.
Parking Regulations:
You are allowed to park only in designated parking areas inside the lower
campus parking lots.
You may park between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm (hours are
extended only for special college sanctioned activities).
You must adhere to all traffic signs and posted speed limits; maximum
speed is 15 mph.
You are allowed to drop people off at the top of campus; this does not
mean you can park to check your mail, visit an instructor, pick up a
paycheck, etc.
Parking at FRC is at your own risk. You are encouraged to lock your
