How do I Check the Status of my Financial Aid File?
1. Login to MyFRC
2. Click on the “Financial Aid” tab
3. Click on “Eligibility”
4. Click on “Student Requirements”
5. Select the Award Year you wish to review
6. Click “Submit”
7. If the status does not show ‘received and satisfied,’ click on “Source Term
Instructions” on the right side of the screen
How do I Check the Status of my Financial Aid Refund?
1. Login to MyFRC
2. Click on the “Student” tab
3. Click “Student Account”
4. Click “Statement and Payment History”
5. In the description, look for “Refund”
6. If you wish to print your statement of payment history, click “File” then
“Print.”
Student Photo ID Card
Student photo identification cards are issued at the time of registration and are
updated each semester with a validation sticker. This card can serve as valid
government issued identification and entitles you to:
special activities and discounts on campus as well as in the community;
access bus services through the Plumas Transit System for in county travel;
access health services with Plumas County Public Health Agency for
services outlined on page 38 of this Handbook.
