TRIO/<strong>Student</strong> Support Services<br />

TRiO, a federally funded student support program,<br />
is designed to help first-generation, low-income, and<br />
disabled students who plan to transfer to a 4-year<br />
university. As a transfer program, it is our goal to<br />
help students streamline the process. TRiO<br />

Cultural Events<br />
TRIO participants must fulfill the following requirements in order to stay in<br />
the program:<br />

Meet with an academic advisor twice a semester<br />
Attend one mandatory orientation in the Fall semester<br />
Attend one TRIO cultural event per semester<br />
Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA<br />
