academic credit has not been awarded. You must complete an Official Withdrawal
form and must verify your military orders.
Class Attendance - Regular attendance promotes success!
You are expected to attend all sessions of each class in which you are
enrolled.
If you do not attend the first two meetings of any class in which you are
enrolled without prior notification to the instructor, you may be dropped
without notice.
Instructors set an attendance policy for each class and have the option of
including attendance as a grading criterion.
It is your responsibility to know and comply with class attendance policies.
Absence Due to Illness
You should notify your instructors if you are unable to attend classes due to
illness.
It is your responsibility to make arrangements with your instructors to
complete missed coursework.
Limitation of Course Load
You may enroll for a maximum of 19 units per semester.
To exceed this maximum, you must obtain the prior approval of the Chief
Student Services Officer by completing the Petition to Enrollment in More
Than 19 Units form.

Submit the completed form to the Student Services Office.
Overlapping Classes
You may not enroll in classes or labs that have overlapping meeting times.
Requests for exemptions to this rule must be submitted on the Overlapping
Classes form to the instructors involved and to the Chief Instructional
Officer.

Course Repetition
You are permitted to repeat a course when:
The course in question may be repeated for credit.
See your academic advisor for details.
A substandard grade (D, F, W, NP) has been received.
The new grade will be used in grade point calculation and considerations
