<strong>Feather</strong> <strong>River</strong> Community <strong>College</strong> District, in compliance with Title VI and VII of the<br />

Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Sections<br />

503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the 1990 Americans with Disabilities<br />

Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, does not discriminate on the<br />

basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, lack of English language<br />

or age in any of its policies, procedures and practices; nor does the District, in<br />

compliance with Section 402 of the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Act of<br />

1974, discriminate against any employees or applicants for employment because<br />

they are disabled veterans or veterans of the Vietnam era, or because of their<br />

medical conditions (cancer related) as defined in Section 12926 of the California<br />

Government Code, their ancestry, sexual orientation, or marital status. Lack of<br />

English language skills will not be a barrier to admissions. This nondiscrimination<br />

policy covers admission, and access to treatment and employment in the college’s<br />

programs and activities. In conformance with <strong>College</strong> policy and pursuant to<br />

Executive Order 11246 and 11375, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973<br />

and Section 402 of the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of<br />

1974, FRCCD is an equal opportunity employer.<br />
