III. Skill Standard:
"A" Grade Standard
Doffing 20 adjacent full bobbins,
replacing with empty bobbins and
wrapping the^ starts in 80 seconds
without breaking the rovings.
"B" Grade Standard
Doffing 20 adjacent full bobbins,
replacing with empty bobbins and
wrapping the starts in 90 seconds
without breaking the rovings.
"C" Grade Standard
Doffing 20 adjacent full bobbins,
replacing with empty bobbins and
wrapping the starts in 100 seconds
without breaking the rovings.
The above Standards are based on
10" lift roving bobbin and 3" radius
flyer being used.
IV. Trade Tests:

with empty bobbins and wrap the
starts perfectly within a certain
time as specified in the Skill
Standard.
2. Handle and deliver 15 roving
bobbins at one time.
