A total of 139 non-compliances were identified across the 25 <strong>VicForests</strong> coupes and 11 across the two<br />

DSE coupes.<br />

The Forest Coupe Plans Compliance Element group (Forest Coupe Plans – general; and Exclusion<br />

zones Compliance Elements), which addressed the development of Forest Coupe Plans and planning<br />

for exclusion zones, had the greatest number of criteria and the second highest proportion of criteria in<br />

compliance of the six groups. The main areas of non-compliance identified in the Forest Coupe Plans<br />

Compliance Element group related to planning for the control of noxious weeds, with two minor errors<br />

also identified in labelling of species habitat on maps. The Operational Provisions Compliance<br />
