DEVELOPMENT PARTNER PROFILE
Partner of cooperation: Micro-finance organization HAQIQ, German Agro Action
The overall objective of the project includes the development and stabilization of HAQIQ in order to guarantee the long term well-being of
the organization in the fast-developing microfinance markets of Tajikistan and Central Asia.
7. Promotion of the eco-tourism sector in Zerafshan Valley
Partner of cooperation: “Agency Support Development Process NAU”, German Agro Action
Increasing the standard of living in rural areas of Tajikistan by strengthening the eco-tourism sector.
8. Agricultural Promotion, Increase of Seeds, Micro-finance and Institution Building
Partner of cooperation: JOVID, German Agro Action
Support to independent and small-scale farmers to use the services offered by the German Agro Action for the sustainable improvement of the
nourishment production in a self-determined manner.
9. Organizational Development. Support of the NGO “Woman and Society”.
Partner of cooperation: NGO “Woman and Society”.
One of the project targets is to build up an education center and to professionalize the center that it will be self-supporting.
10. Management and organizational support to encourage the sustainability of the corporation „SUGHDAGROSERV“
Partner of cooperation: SUGHDAGROSERV
The main target of the project is to struggle against poverty concerning population working in the field of agriculture in Tajikistan; increasing
their incomes, establishing conditions for an autonomous activity concerning production and trade.
11. Construction of different models of cooperatives
Partner of cooperation: ACTED (Agence d ’aide a la cooperation technique et au development)
The main activity of the project lies in the construction of agricultural cooperatives and in the processing and marketing of their products.
Future Programming Direction
• further vocational training and adults qualification training
• pilot approaches on SME-development, institutional capacity building for NGOs
• agro economic development (SME, professional associations and cooperatives, micro-finance, support to local Governments and
administrations, eco-tourism)
