** This remuneration was not paid directly by the Company but by Altafinance, the company that controls Altapar, which in turn controls ALTAREA within the meaning of
the provisions of article L 233-16 of the French Commercial Code. Altafinance had an assistance and management agreement with the Company.
*** Annual gross salary paid under an employment contract by Foncière ALTAREA, a subsidiary of ALTAREA.
