2008 Offices
Through its subsidiary Cogedim Entreprise, Altarea is involved in
three areas of the office property market: development,
construction management and planning. In each of its buildings
and projects, Cogedim Entreprise uses all its design ingenuity to
meet the user’s specific needs. 2008 saw the completion of the
new Philips head office in Suresnes and the second phase of the
French National Assembly offices.
Korus in Suresnes
Personalisation.
Completion at end May 2008 of the new Philips head office in
Suresnes, totalling 24,000 m² and 572 parking places, fully
furnished and equipped. The building was sold from plan to
Vendôme Croidor (AXA Group).
French National Assembly in Paris
Authenticity, modernisation of use
Completion in July 2008 of the second phase of offices,
restaurants and auditorium at the French National Assembly.
